/ THE METHOD
Slow moves.
Strong feelings.
Slow, controlled movement. Spring resistance. A full-body workout that asks you to stay with every second.

Take it slowly.
Feel the work.
Our training centres on a spring-resistance machine with a moving carriage. You push, pull, hold and move with control, working against resistance through carefully paced sequences.
The slow tempo gives each movement your full attention. Small adjustments change how an exercise feels. Transitions keep you engaged. Even a short hold can ask a lot of you.

Low impact.
High intensity.
Low impact describes how you move. The intensity comes from resistance, sustained effort and the time you spend in each exercise.
Expect controlled sequences that challenge strength and muscular endurance while asking you to find your balance and keep your core engaged. There is plenty happening, even when the movement looks small.
Precision before pace.
The focus is on how you move: your alignment, your range and the control you bring to each repetition.
You will be guided through the setup and the sequence, with cues to help you understand where to place your attention. As the movements become more familiar, there is always more detail to explore.
Your first time?
Start here.
You do not need to know the machine or the movements before you arrive. Let your instructor know it is your first class so they can introduce the equipment and help you get set up.
Expect a learning curve. Finding your position, understanding the resistance and moving slowly all take practice. Give yourself time to become familiar with the method.
Find your strength.
Make it a ritual.
